えーと・・・、まとめると。

民主党政権になった直後に、この政権は口蹄疫が原因で輸入を禁止していた韓国豚を輸入解禁しました。
そしたら、案の定口蹄疫が日本国内に発生しました。

政府は対応をしません。自治体が自主的に動いたけど限界があります。
感染も拡大してますと。

で、その感染が拡大している真っ最中に、赤松農相はGWの外遊にいっちゃいました。
